Reddit Headspace
I’m debating between getting a subscription between headspace vs calm. Webi currently have a subscription to headspace, but i will not be renewing when it expires. It’s true that headspace lacks in variety, but meditation needn’t be complicated to be good. Webwhat are your thoughts on the headspace app? Webheadspace is a fantastic app for beginners and long time practitioners alike!
Headspace was fine a few years ago, but the focus of the meditations and the platform. Could any of you provide me your own input. Webhello, i can definitely say that the headspace app is worth it.
