The magicka cost at 100 skill is 41% less than the base cost; Disintegrate, 200 pts for. Lightning storm, 75 pts for 1 sec; Weblightning storm is a master level destruction spell that deals massive shock damage to health and magicka. The base cost for spells is the amount of magicka that would be necessary to cast the spell at 0 skill without any perks.
