Webharold growing cold on leshawna is a way to show that harold is able to react well within society. Webleshawna takes care of harold when he believes he's gone blind in one flu over the cuckoos. It also sets up courtney convincing harold to vote for leshawna.
Webleshawna’s alright but has some glaring flaws, on the one hand she does give heather some deserved karma at times and does have a good relationship with harold and some.
